Former Jiffy Lube Property Sold!

Giglio Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the Sale of Property located at 142 Kelsey Street Newinton, Ct.

The 1,200sqft building is owned by Steve Spinelli and Richard Heritage.  The site was a former Jiffy Lube Site and will occupy the new owner R.P. Landscaping LLC.

Jim McCall of Giglio Commercial Real Estate represented the owners and Brooke Nihan of Giglio Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.  Nihan stated there were many prospects interested in the site and is looking for like kind buildings in Newinton area to fulfill her list of other buyers.
