The company has entered into a lease at 79 Putter Lane in Torrington, and will occupy 3,800 square feet.
Dom Giglio represented the landlord, Three R Developers, and Ray Funk represented the tenant, Averus. “This lease now puts Putter Lane property at 100% occupancy,” said Giglio.
Dom Giglio is pleased to announce that he has successfully completed the sale of this neighborhood plaza.
The 23,000 SF plaza includes a mix of tenants, and has enjoyed a fully leased property for a number of years.
“This property sold quickly,” said Giglio, “It was very attractive to a number of buyers because of the stability of the long term tenants, along with the high income stream that the property generated.”

Ray Funk of Giglio Commercial Real Estate has successfully leased 3,000 SF of retail space to Jayme and Janet Cubas at 625 Plaza here in Waterbury.
The husband and wife team will open a furniture store at this location. They chose the plaza because of its high visibility along with the variety of other retailers in the area that have been successful on attracting consumers.
