VIANA BROTHERS TO OPEN MIXED MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CENTER IN WATERBURY

Dom Giglio of Giglio Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that he and Broker Tom Jacovino have completed a long-term lease at 67b Freight Street to Rafael, Guilherme, and Anjori Viana.

They have leased 4,000 SF and plan on opening a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts training center. They will have public and private BJJ, MMA, boxing, and kickboxing classes for adults and children of all ages.

The coaches, brothers Rafael and Guilherme Viana, are both Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belts, and current world-class professional MMA fighters. Rafael is a former contender for the RFA belt and the former Shotoo Brazil light heavyweight champion. Guilherme has participated in The Ultimate Fighter Brazil and has competed in Bellator.
