Nihan of Giglio Commercial Real Estate Sells Penske Building for $1.1 Million

Giglio Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Brooke Nihan has successfully completed the sale of the property located at 108 Captain Neville Drive in Waterbury. The 17,500 square foot property sold for $1,100,000 to Brittany Properties, the Buyer, from Third Generation Realty II, the Seller.

The property has Penske Truck Leasing Co as a tenant with Pete’s Tire Barns Inc and CBS Billboards.

Nihan was able to attract the investor because of the credit worthy tenants, long term leases, and the quality of the property and its prime location.
