Biogas Energy Solutions LLC has signed a lease for office space in New Britain.

The company has leased 2,900 square feet at One Grove Place.

Domenic Giglio of Giglio Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the owner of the building, 4702 Second Avenue Corp. Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency LLC represented Biogas Energy Solutions in the transactions.
