Giglio Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Dom Giglio has negotiated a long term lease at 527 Wolcott Street, which is a 3,200 square-foot freestanding building. The office building will be occupied by CT Renaissance and is expected to be open by November of this year.

Connecticut Renaissance is one of the oldest non-profit drug treatment agencies in the state. In addition to providing substance abuse services, Renaissance also provides psychiatric and co-occurring treatment services, mental health services, life skills training, self-help group meetings, and health and educational seminars.
