Giglio Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Ray Funk has negotiated the sale of The Painted Pony in Bethlehem, which has been in business as a casual American restaurant for 45+ years. The seller was Chris Glynos of Bethlehem and the buyer was a well-known restaurant owner, Chris Gogas. Gogas also owns San Remo’s in Woodbury and Pies & Pints in Middlebury and Oxford. The purchase price was $650,000.00, and Ray Funk represented both the seller and the buyer.
Gogas plans on making some renovations, keeping The Painted Pony name, and opening in late spring.
