Dom Giglio

Dom Giglio, Owner, Giglio Commercial Real Estate, has been in commercial real estate since the early 1980’s. He has established a distinguished 30 year career that covers every aspect of commercial real estate, including, assisting clients with the selling and buying of investments, retail and office selling and leasing and real estate consulting. He has had the privilege of representing major banking institutions, developers, investors and corporations.

Dom and his company have received many awards and accolades including The Harold Webster Smith Small Business of the Year Award.

He is also a past member of The Central Business District Council, a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce and the current director of the Executive Dialogue Group for The Chamber.

Dom is also active in the community and is a current volunteer for a local non-profit agency.

Ray Funk

Ray Funk, a retired American Airlines pilot, joined Giglio Commercial Real Estate in 2006. Ray has been successful assisting many clients with their industrial, commercial and retail needs.

Ray had five years of real estate experience while flying for American Airlines and now seven years more of experience with Giglio Commercial Real Estate.

Since retirement from the airlines, Ray is enthusiastic and enjoys working very hard for all of his clients.

Vincent J. DeRosa Jr of Giglio Commercial Real Estate has been a commercial real estate agent for the past 10 years. Vin worked as a senior property agent for Mark Greenberg Real Estate, which owned and managed more than 2 million square feet of commercial properties throughout Connecticut. Vin has extensive statewide knowledge of Connecticut, and its real estate markets.

Prior to working in real estate, Vin spent more than 25 years in law enforcement as both a local police officer, and a Connecticut State Trooper. Vin was Connecticut’s first Homeland Security Director serving in that capacity from 2001 to 2004 when he retired.
